Dating Love and Friendship

Online dating should lead to love but friendship is just as good. We all know that dating for love has to start with being friends. That friendship can last forever even when the dating continues with someone else. If we love ourselves that makes it much easier for us to be loved by someone else. You may love something about a person but not really love them romantically.
You can love someones sense of humor, attitude, smile, but it may not lead to true love. Friendship begins with common interests and sharing and gradual trust.
Dating online can have many ups and downs and even sideways journeys. We just have to have the attitude of making friends, connecting on mutual interest, and if love sees an opening it will surely surface.
Not all dates have to end in love or even hate for that matter. We can learn to accept a person for what they truly are, even if it means that person is a habitual dater. When we keep friends as the focus of our dating…true love then has a better chance to be on the horizon.
